How do I get started?

To get started, you just need to submit an application.

How are matches determined?

Bulky matches capacity based on 9 key carrier attributes. Potential matches are then verified by carrier dispatchers prior to a fulfillment offer being made.

How much is the matching fee?

Bulky charges $99 per completed shipment, so you only pay for the shipments we help fulfill.

What chemicals can I post?

Bulky is currently accepting any type of washable, reloadable chemical. This includes polymers, cleaning compounds, paper chemicals, fluorine chemicals, resins, coatings, and performance materials.

Does Bulky vet carriers?

No, but we allow shippers to hand-select the carriers which will be able to submit offers on your posted shipments.

What if there are no matched carriers?

If you have any issues finding capacity, Bulky will notify you if any excluded carriers are available. Otherwise, you can also recommend a carrier for us to integrate with.

Do we pay Bulky or the carrier?

Shippers pay the carrier directly for the fulfillment of the shipment. Bulky only receives matching fees.

Do you charge a match fee to carriers?

No, the only cost to Partner Carriers is the $199/month subscription.

How are matches determined?

Bulky matches capacity based on 9 key driver, truck and trailer attributes. Potential matches will be displayed to your dispatch for verification, prior to a fulfillment offer being made.

How is the price determined?

The total line haul price for each delivery is based on deadhead and loaded mileage and the current demand for tankers at the destination.

Are there basic equipment requirements?

There are some basic requirements, including:
- All hoses, fittings and attachments are chemical grade
- No non-code trailers
- All drivers are equipped with standard PPE

Do I need to upload my entire fleet?

No. Bulky will only display the drivers and equipment you select to share with the platform.
